Our current form starts with a few print-focused questions. For a broader project, use the design-assistance route and describe the items you’re interested in. No need to guess technical specifications.
In the request form
- Choose “Custom design assistance” in the Service field.
- Describe your project in “Project details or design instructions.” If a required dimension is unknown, enter “Need guidance.”
- Upload any artwork or references, or choose “I need design help.” Include quantities and explain which details are still undecided.

Do I need a print-ready file?
No. Tell us what you already have and what still needs work. You can share an idea, a reference, or existing artwork and request design assistance.
Can you produce every item I request?
We review each enquiry before confirming scope. A project idea on this page is not a promise that a particular material, item or production method is available.
What if I don’t know the dimensions or deadline?
For a required dimension field, write “Need guidance.” The form asks for a requested completion date; if your timing is flexible, say so in the project details. A requested date is not a confirmed deadline.
How are delivery arrangements handled?
Fulfilment availability, arrangements and any associated costs are confirmed with your quote. Selecting a preference in the form does not guarantee that option.
