I have an idea
Describe the message, audience and visual direction. Share references and explain what you like about them. We’ll discuss what design work the project needs.
THE PRINT COUNTER / 05
Maybe you have a logo. Maybe you have a file that needs attention. Maybe it’s still an idea. Tell us where you’re starting and what you want to make.
Design work and file suitability are reviewed and quoted before work is agreed.
A LITTLE DIRECTION
A clear description helps us separate a file question from a new design brief.
Describe the message, audience and visual direction. Share references and explain what you like about them. We’ll discuss what design work the project needs.
Send the original file and explain the concern: sizing, background, layout or something else. Review comes first; not every low-quality source can be made suitable for every print size.
Tell us what artwork should go together and the intended dimensions. Ask for gang sheet arrangement help before treating an unfinished layout as a ready-to-print sheet.
BRING IT TO THE COUNTER
Tell us what you’re starting with and what you want to change. Clear notes help us understand the work before confirming scope and pricing.
Opens our Tally request form. No payment is collected. Your request is reviewed before an order is accepted.
AT THE COUNTER
Design and preparation work may need a separate scope and quote. We’ll discuss what is required before you agree to the work.
File suitability depends on the source and intended use. Send the original file for review; we won’t promise that every image can be enlarged or repaired successfully.
Describe the desired result and send the source artwork. We’ll review the file and confirm whether the requested changes can be supported.
Send what you have and explain where it came from. Include the intended use and dimensions if known so the file can be assessed in context.
